about
The Long March (1994)
The Long March is the sixth single from Silonics' retrospective album: Channeling Apollo/Art Dance Classics (1989 - 2001), which releases in June 2024. It features several works created in collaboration with choreographers for contemporary dance performances, plus some other experimental art music tracks, which are yet to be choreographed, including this one.
Something is happening here...
machine walks, strings talk
wake up, get up, get out, go now, well now...
I go, you go, he goes, she goes, they go, we go
you're out, you're in, you're in, you're out
you're out, you're out, you're in, you're out
you're in, I'm in, you're in, I'm out
you're out, I'm in, I'm in, I'm in
what now? what now? get going, get down, go now
oh, me, oh, my, oh, yes, I, see, oh no, oh yes, I see, you now
why? you? why? me? why he? why she? why they? why we?
how? now? now? how? now? now? how? how?
oh you, oh me, oh we, I see
I, you, he, she, they, them, we
get up, get down, get going, go now
wow, wow, wow, wow
oh wow, oh wow, away we go...
get up, get going, go now, get down
get back, get back, get back, get back
stay here, go there, come here, stay there
here, here, there, where?
go, go, come, go
oh, no, no, oh
now, wow, wow, now
when? where? which? why?
What is this journey we are on?
The Long March...
